Currently, we do not offer the option to temporarily pause subscriptions.

If you forget to renew your subscription and it expires, you will lose access to its features until you renew your subscription. After 30 days without reactivating the subscription, it will be deleted (you will be notified every 10 days of this until the 30th day when the deletion will become effective).

We are not currently offering discounts or promotions.

You can switch from a monthly payment plan to an annual plan at any time. The change will be reflected on the next renewal date.

We do not offer refunds for plan changes made after you have paid in advance.
